IT Facilities at Gunadarma University You Should Know

Gunadarma University is a private university who has known for its information technology, the university was founded in 1981 has been much progress in terms of education and facilities. To improve teaching and learning and creativity of students, University Gunadarma provides some of the facilities that can be accessed by students and teachers. The following is an explanation of several IT facilities at Gunadarma University:
1. V-Class

V-Class or abbreviation of Virtual Class is an online learning service to support teaching and learning activities between lecturers and students at Gunadarma University. To access the V-Class, a student needs a login account with studentsite email and password.

In the V-Class we can discuss with the classmate, download some materials, and answer practice questions from the lecturer concerned. Before we get from the v-class service that we have to register in advance to the course and the concerned lecturer. In-class we were able to see who is online on v-class.
This V-Class usually has an access time limit, depending on the v-class in question. This learning service is one of the evaluation criteria, so when your lecture say to open the v-class, you should do this and hopefully don't miss this v-class. the link can be accessed at
2. Studentsite

Studensite is a web-based facility for Gunadarma students who are still active. This facility has some contains information about activities during lectures, such as linking articles that have been made on a blog for assignments or writing, looking at the transcripts of scores in both local subjects, and summaries of values, seeing borrowing activities in library books, seeing news from official media universities such as open recruitments for assistants, seminars, and workshops or other campus events at Gunadarma University.

To access the information in a studentsite, you should go to the login page, for those who do not have an account studentsite, you can choose an activation menu bar on the page then fill out the form on the activation page and click register. Please note that the username is permanent, students can only renew the password. One student only has one study account and is valid until graduating from Gunadarma University.
3. Staffsite

Staffsite is one of the IT facilities of Gunadarma University which is intended for lecturers who teach at Gunadarma University, in this facility lecturers can store learning materials in lectures. Students only can download the lecturers' learning material by searching for the name of the lecturer, then clicking menu downloads and then downloading the material you should have, in addition, students can also see information about the teaching lecturer. To access this page students do not need to log in to an account
4. E-learning

E-Learning or Electronic Learning is one of the IT services of Gunadarma University which is engaged in Learning. In this page, students can download e-books who has needed to support teaching and learning activities and a reference for a study. In this page, there are also SAP online menus, V-Class menus, Material, and ILab menus, when we access one of these menus we will be going to the selected web. To access this e-learning students do not need to log in.
5. SAP

SAP is a Lecture Program Unit, in this SAP there are Syllabus and RPS (Learning Study Plan). This SAP contains an overview of a course which includes the name of the course, course code, semester, credit, faculty/study program, prerequisite courses, achievement of course learning, course description, study material, and library resources, a time needed to fulfill this learning. We can read SAP courses that we get by downloading SAP on this page in the Sap list menu. In certain periods this SAP is updated, therefore SAP is not permanent. students do not need to log in to access this page.
That is a little description of some of the IT facilities at Gunadarma University. From some of these facilities, Gunadarma University residents are expected to use it effectively and efficiently and hopefully with this facility teaching and learning activities between students and lecturers in Gunadarma University will be easier and smoother.
